1xbetph Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "1xbetph" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://1xbetph.app and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile application, and any other digital interface through which 1xbetph services are accessed.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 1xbetph Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 1xbetph Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified system used to determine game outcomes on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1xbetph Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1xbetph.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 1xbetph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 1xbetph enforces this requirement rigorously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register as Players.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 1xbetph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 1xbetph or any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the 1xbetph Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. 1xbetph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify 1xbetph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• 1xbetph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

1xbetph reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1xbetph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. 1xbetph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 1xbetph's finance team.
• Verification: 1xbetph may require identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱500 per transaction.

1xbetph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1xbetph accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

1xbetph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. 1xbetph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate Accounts or other means will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified period will be forfeited.
• 1xbetph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, 1xbetph's decision is final and binding.

Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers – including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play – may have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed for compliance.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the 1xbetph Platform operate under individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes on 1xbetph are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG system is independently tested to ensure fairness and cannot be influenced by 1xbetph or by any Player.
• Bets placed are final once confirmed. 1xbetph does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 1xbetph reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the Players involved.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by 1xbetph at any time.
• 1xbetph reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in error, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xbetph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 1xbetph immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or RNG systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1xbetph Platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design – is the exclusive intellectual property of 1xbetph or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 1xbetph.
• Use the 1xbetph brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 1xbetph's intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1xbetph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 1xbetph specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond 1xbetph's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1xbetph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

1xbetph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1xbetph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

12 Responsible Gaming

1xbetph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a period of their choosing. During self-exclusion, the Account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic notifications of time spent and amounts wagered during active sessions.

13 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time. Players may close their Account by contacting 1xbetph support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

1xbetph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Any conduct that 1xbetph reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 1xbetph reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the Account, including real-money funds, without compensation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

1xbetph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1xbetph will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 1xbetph's support team to seek an amicable resolution. 1xbetph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules or promotional terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the game-specific or promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
